What are your hours?
Monday: Closed
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday: 4:30pm - 11pm
Friday, Saturday: 4:30pm - 2am
If you’d like to make a reservation outside of our operating hours, please note this on your reservation request.
What size rooms do you have and how much does it cost to rent a room?
We have 7 total rooms that can fit anywhere between 2 to 25 people.
Small Rooms - 6-8
Medium Rooms - 10-12
Large Rooms - 13-25
Once you submit your reservation we will text or call you to confirm your room and reservation time. All rooms are equipped with TV’s, mic’s, speakers and lights to make all your karaoke dreams come true!
How do I make a reservation?
You can request a reservation here, or call us at 479-249-6295. Once you’ve made a request, we will confirm it via phone within 24-48 hours. If you do not hear from us within this time, feel free to follow up!
After we’ve confirmed your reservation, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to sign a waiver on behalf of your party.
How are you ensuring karaoke rooms are sanitized and safe for each group?
There are several precautions we’re taking in every part of our experience to ensure a safe environment for all, including the following regarding sanitization:
Cleaning Procedures:
Sanitizing Stations: We’ve installed motion-sensored hand sanitizing machines in the front and back of our building for employees and guests. All guests will be required to sanitize hands before entering karaoke rooms.
Karaoke Rooms: Between reservations the furniture, door handles and microphones will be cleaned and sanitized with EPA-approved sanitizers.
Microphones: Karaoke is not karaoke without a microphone. We have purchased more mics so that we can spend more time sanitizing them between parties. We take every single part of the mic apart and disinfect it.
Bathrooms: We will be cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms regularly.
When do I need to arrive?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your confirmed reservation start time. This gives us time to check you in and get you settled.
What if I’m running late?
We will hold your room for 15 minutes. If there’s a reservation after you, and you show up late, your time will be cut short, and karaoke room fee forfeited.
Is BBK appropriate for families and anyone under 21?
Yes! Big Box Karaoke is a great place to host birthday parties for minors, wedding parties, family gatherings, and more.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
No worries - we understand things happen. We ask that reservations are canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Please call us to cancel your reservation.
What are your rates and requirements?
Rates vary by day. We offer individual rates and group rates for weekdays and weekends. See here for details.
Do you have any specials?
Yes! See our daily specials here.
Do we need a reservation?
No! Friday and Saturday’s book up at least 2 weeks in advance. We recommend making a reservation for those days. Walk-ins are always welcome! We have a minimum of one hour for reservations. Most parties book on average two hours (because it’s that much fun!). We work with everyone to accommodate and be flexible depending on needs.
What if I want to stay longer than my reserved time?
We can’t make any promises here, but if there’s not a reservation after you or a wait list, then you may be in luck! During your reservation, you can ask BBK staff to check if more time can be added to your current reservation.
How does payment work?
Everyone will pay for their karaoke fee and any food/beverages ordered during their reservation.
What about tipping?
Our crew is the hardest working (and coolest) people we know. Most people appreciate our hardworking crew for keeping BBK going by tipping on the karaoke room fee. The room rate does NOT include gratuity. We appreciate you tipping on top of the room rate to appreciate our team for servicing your group and cleaning/sanitizing after you're finished. Tips are shared among our servers, hosts and bartenders.
How do I operate the karaoke room?
Our team will tell you everything you need to know when you arrive. If you want to get a head start, you can create a playlist from home. We have a ton of songs - in fact, 70,000 and growing! You can create a playlist ahead of time and look up our songs in advance here. If you don’t see your song, click on “request” and submit your song request there. It’s not guaranteed that we’ll get it, but we can try!
Can we bring in outside food/drink?
We have a full drink and food menu. No outside food or drink, except birthday cakes/cupcakes. Please bring the necessary utensils and plates to cut and serve your cake inside your room.
Can I use a gift card toward my purchase?
Yes! You can order gift cards online here, or in person.
What about parking?
Downtown Fayetteville has plenty of parking! Take a look at the parking map below for all options. Parking behind BBK is reserved for employees only.
